GUTTER BRACKETS
GUTTER AND DOWNPIPE
The FRÉNÉHARD range offers more than 800 different gutter brackets. They're adapted in line with the main gutter profiles available and their developed width or lift is identical to that of the gutter. Gutter brackets vary based on: X The regions or locations where they're used, X The type of installation (fascia, rafter, pricking, sealing, directly onto roofing, with entablature), X The profile of the gutter (1/2 round, square, moulded, V-shaped, etc.), X Their developed width (16, 25, 28, 33, 40, 45, 65) and their bead (14,18), X The type of build (new or renovation) which will define the shape and length of the rod, X The roofers' installation habits (nose shape, etc.). Hot-dip galvanised products boast better protection against corrosion and chemical aggressions thanks to a layer of zinc which is at least 45 μm thick. They're suitable for attaching gutters in coastal or polluted environments. Pre-galvanised steel products are more economic. The thinner zinc layer and the unprotected cuts make them more sensitive to corrosion. Their use in coastal areas is not recommended in C5 zones.
PRE-GALVANISED STEEL AND HDG STEEL, TAKE NOTE!
TERMINOLOGY
THE DIFFERENT NOSE SHAPES Depending on the roofers' installation habits and regions, there are several nose shapes. They respond to criteria based on aesthetics or simply implementation.

Whether the gutter bracket is going into a strip rafter or fascia, FRÉNÉHARD recommends using a CFM nails to attach its gutter brackets in order to ensure that the bracket can properly support weight. FRÉNÉHARD’S TIP FOR BRACKET MOUNTING ATTACHING For tinted brackets, the two-year guarantee only applies for products with pre-shaped noses. The paint may be damaged by folding the nose.
