SUSPENDED SCAFFOLDING
SAFETY
GENERAL INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS LAY-OUT PLAN In order for the scaffolding to be a "Collection surface", the consoles must not be spaced more than 3 metres apart. The assembly instructions must be kept on-site. It can be claimed during a control. Facade treatment: 1. Define the length of facade x, take off the wall width (block: 20 cm) on each side, there should be 30 cm left to position the end anchor points 2. Position the 3 m platforms as priority, then the hatch platform, and finish with the retractable platforms (2,250 mm->3,000 mm), which defines the number of anchors and their positioning. 3. According to the attachment mode, offer, for each anchor, the steel base assembly, the adjustable crossbar assembly or the adjustable sling assembly (assemblies including the attachment, guardrail, console and wall support) 4. For the extremities, anticipate 1 platform stop end and 1 barrier stop end if needed, unless there's a angle. Take note of windows and other mouldings, as well as skylights. Consider breaking the fall curve with lifts (lift guardrail + bracing bar and barrier lift).
Gable angle treatment 1.
Anticipate the external angle assembly (external angle support, GC external angle guardrail, external angle, 2 external angle half-platforms). 2. Establish the lay-out plan for anchor points 25 to 50 cm from the wall angle.

1. Create a 50 cm strip below the slide, place the anchors underneath this strip, i.e. at between 50 and 75 cm. 2. Draw up your layout plan using the formula Optimal spacing = (3200-740.tan φ).cos φ or the data from the table above. 3. For the material, anticipate:
• A 330 mm screw anchor and a gable guardrail • For barriers, use lift barriers or head bars and intermediate composite bars
